The lounge has a Morso Danish woodburner for cosy evenings in front of a large gold velvet sofa and classic Eames lounge chair and ottoman.
There are plenty of local history and interior design books along with games for guests to enjoy.The dining room opens to the rear hallway/downstairs bathroom and offers a stunning mix of antiques and contemporary art.
Super fast broadband runs throughout the house. The kitchen is shaker style with beautiful handmade cabinetry by Devol. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a selection of teas and coffees, a coffee machine, Dualit kettle and toaster, oven, fridge and a washer dryer (situated in its own utility room next door). The separate utility provides access to bedroom 1, master bathroom and upstairs hallway, leading to kids room.
Access to bedroom 2 is off the dining room or via the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs allowing two families to share this beautiful space whilst having privacy and space
to unwind.
One bathroom has a roll top bath and the other a marble tiled, powerful walk in shower. All bathrooms offer luxury toiletries from local and sustainable brand Norfolk Natural Living. There is also a third toilet downstairs, located off the rear hallway.
There are 2 very large double bedrooms and a third bedroom with architect designed birch faced ply triple bunks.The gorgeous double bedrooms have brand new kingsize beds with super comfy Eve mattresses and White Company linen.
Mid century furniture compliments this stylish look.Outside there is a private patio surrounded by a beautiful flint wall. The patio backs directly onto Chapel Yard meaning guests at Chancery House really are in the heat of this wonderful North Norfolk town.
